By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1A – STORE HOURS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Access Possibilities' online store is available 24/7 for your shopping convenience. Access Possibilities will not be held liable for any down time beyond our control. Customer service hours are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, excluding holidays.

A 5% convenience fee will be added to all orders and payments taken by phone.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 5A – DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Access Possibilities shipping rates start at $7.98 for packages shipped from our California location to any U.S. address and increase depending on the item, size and weight of each package. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail; however, there are some exceptions. Shipping and handling charges may vary for items not shipped directly from Access Possibilities; such will be stated in the product description. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site, or by phone or email, pass to the customer when merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. The same applies when shipping re-sized, repaired, replacement or warranty items. If there are additional shipping costs involved in correcting an order due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
SECTION 5B – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Access Possibilities can ship to international locations, provided the shipping of such items are not restricted in that country and the customer pays the appropriate shipping and handling fees. If necessary, currency will be converted into USD. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise, exchanged, re-sized, repaired, replaced or warranty items shipped pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Custom and import duties are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with the Customs office to verify whether the country to which shipping is requested permits the shipment of such products. Access Possibilities is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Access Possibilities will not be held responsible for any packages held by or not allowed through customs.
SECTION 5C – SALES TAX
Access Possibilities will not collect sales tax for merchandise shipped from their California location to anywhere outside of the state of California. Access Possibilities will collect the current sales tax rate (based on our location) on merchandise shipped within the state of California. If your merchandise ships to a California address located within a district tax area, you are responsible for any additional district taxes that may be due.
SECTION 5D - HANDCRAFTED GEMSTONE AND MAGNETITE JEWELRY
Due to the use of genuine gemstone beads individual pieces may vary. Due to variation in magnetic and gemstone bead style and sizes, and the process used to attach the magnetic clasp, handcrafted jewelry made by Access Possibilities may vary in length by up to 1/4 inch from the size ordered. When following our sizing instructions for bracelets, anklets and pet collars this will not be an issue.
SECTION 5E – HANDCRAFTED GEMSTONE AND MAGNETITE JEWELRY PRODUCT WARRANTY
Access Possibilities warranties their handcrafted jewelry against manufacturer defect for 1 year from date of purchase. Any exposure to chemicals or compounds, prolonged exposure to water, tampering with item in any way, or abuse of any kind voids warranty. Item(s) must be received within 365 days of purchase to be covered by warranty. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. Customer assumes responsibility for any merchandise returned to Access Possibilities. Once item is received Access Possibilities will determine if jewelry was defective and is eligible for warranty replacement. If jewelry qualifies for replacement customer will be sent an invoice to cover return shipping and handling. If jewelry does not qualify for warranty replacement, customer can choose to have jewelry repaired by Access Possibilities at customer’s expense.
SECTION 5F – SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Service Terms and Conditions are set forth by Access Possibilities and apply to all services, including private sessions, performed by Julie D. Mayo, Access Possibilities and all subsidiaries, online, remotely or in person.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
All services require advanced payment. Once we receive your payment, we will contact you to book your appointment. If you prefer to schedule your appointment in advance, please contact us. Once your appointment is booked payment must be made within 24 hours or your booking will be forfeited.
NEW CLIENT PAPERWORK
New clients are to complete required paperwork online prior to their visit. In the event paperwork is not completed, client is to complete paperwork during their appointment; however this may shorten the time of service. Clients are to update us when any contact information has changed.
Be sure to arrive or be ready on time for all appointments. Arriving late may limit the time of your service and you will still be charged the full amount. If you are 15 minutes late or more and do not contact us, you will be considered a no show and you will be charged the full amount. Even though we estimate the amount of time a session may take, the body determines when a session is finished.
Appointments rescheduled at least 48 hours before appointment will not incur any additional charge. In the case that the client abuses this privilege, additional charges may apply and is at the discretion of the practitioner.
Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to appointment time will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. All no shows will be charged the full amount of service, no exceptions.
Trip fees are to be paid in advance along with desired services. Mileage is calculated for the round trip from Access Possibilities to the client's service address and back via Google Maps. Mileage is rounded up to the nearest mile. Client is expected to be ready at time of appointment; if client is not ready this will shorten their time of service. Practitioner will do their best to arrive on time. In the event that practitioner is delayed due to unforeseen traffic or weather conditions, client will still receive a full session. Discovery Sessions are available in person or by phone; not by travel. All other terms apply.
SERVICE REFUND POLICY
All services are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.

By accepting the terms and agreements, you have authorized Access Possibilities to charge your credit card for any unpaid charges set forth herein in accordance with the terms of the contract. All payments must be completed, even if client chooses not to complete package sessions. Package sessions must be completed within 90 Days. Complimentary rapid decision bonus only available to clients who return the enrollment agreement and down payment by 5 PM PT the day the offer is made. Package offer expires within 7 days or when client capacity is reached, whichever comes first.
CANCELLATIONS FOR PACKAGE SESSIONS
Cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged half of a session and will be deducted from package. All no shows will be charged a full session and will be deducted from package balance, no exceptions.
PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All programs are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. By accepting the terms and agreements, you have authorized Access Possibilities to charge your credit card for any unpaid charges set forth herein in accordance with the terms of the contract. All payments must be completed, even if client chooses not to complete program. Program must be completed within 90 days. SECTION 5G – EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Event Terms and Conditions apply to all events held by Julie D. Mayo, Access Possibilities and all subsidiaries, online or in person.
I acknowledge that Access Possibilities, may make video and/or audio recordings of the class, in which I will be a participant.
I hereby grant Access Possibilities the right to use such video and/or audio recordings of my name, likeness and voice in any and all forms of media, now or hereinafter created, and in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, composite or edited forms, for Access Possibilities, to distribute, sell and use in any manner, as Access Possibilities may determine in its sole and absolute discretion. I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve any version(s), including the finished version(s), of such recordings, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith.
I have read this Release, fully understand its terms and understand that I may be giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue, and any and all rights to fees or compensation from the distribution, sale or use by Access Possibilities or by its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns for any and all purposes.
I acknowledge that I am agreeing to this Release freely and voluntarily and intend by my online registration and/or purchase for the Release to be a complete and unconditional release from and against all liability of Access Possibilities to the greatest extent allowed by law.
EVENT REFUND POLICY
Refunds are available for telecall series within 24 hours of the end of the first call, provided a second call was not attended. Refunds for live classes must be requested before lunch on the first day of class or within 4 hours from the start of class, whichever comes first. All class materials must be surrendered immediately to receive refund. Refunds for classes may be subject to an 15% non-refundable fee. Products that are instantly downloadable and live events less than 8 hours in duration are not eligible for a refund.
Every effort has been made to accurately represent the potential of our programs, services and events. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, motivation, and action taken.
Upon purchase of any merchandise, program, service or event you grant Julie D. Mayo, Access Possibilities and/or any subsidiaries permission to contact you by phone and to send periodic email communications.
By placing an order on this website, or upon purchase of any merchandise, program, service or event, or upon registration, attendance or participation of any event you agree to all policies set forth by Julie D. Mayo, Access Possibilities and all subsidiaries, including those above.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Access Possibilities Refund Policy
All refunds and exchanges are subject to approval. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Services are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.
Events less than 8 hours in duration are not eligible for a refund.

Gifts (merchandise that was purchased and shipped to a non-billing address)
Downloadable software products
Downloadable audio, video and digital products of any kind

Refund Policy for Events:
Refunds are available for telecall series within 24 hours of the end of the first call, provided a second call was not attended. Refunds for live classes must be requested before lunch on the first day of class or within 4 hours from the start of class, whichever comes first. All class materials must be surrendered immediately to receive refund. Refunds for classes may be subject to an 15% non-refundable fee. Products that are instantly downloadable and events less than 8 hours in duration are not eligible for a refund.

If instructed by Access Possibilities to return your product directly to the manufacturer, Access Possibilities will provide the return shipping address.

We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance if not included. Access Possibilities cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchange Size of Handcrafted Gemstone or Magnetite Jewelry (if applicable)
As stated above jewelry is a non-returnable item. However, in the event that your handcrafted Gemstone or Magnetite bracelet, anklet or pet collar purchased from Access Possibilities does not fit; contact us immediately.
If we approve an exchange of jewelry for a different size, jewelry must be unworn and returned within 7 days of delivery and be in new and original condition to be eligible. Customer assumes all responsibility for any merchandise returned to Access Possibilities. We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance if not included. All jewelry returned to Natural Magnetism will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Our handcrafted jewelry cannot be "resized" we have to make a completely new piece. Once received, Access Possibilities will inspect your items, if approved, Natural Magnetism will make new item(s) to the size requested. Depending on the size requested for each item, additional charges may apply. Access Possibilities will send an invoice via email for the return shipping and handling charges, the 15% restocking fee, and any charges for additional length (if applicable).
Once the invoice is paid, your items will be shipped. Shipping notification will be sent via email. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise, exchanged, re-sized, repaired, replaced or warranty items shipped pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If the customer wishes to change the size of a handcrafted necklace, the same Terms apply.
